Real Estate Sales Manager

About the Role

Pn Homes is searching for a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee and energize our sales team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves leading property sales efforts, ensuring successful transactions, and managing team performance while engaging closely with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a group of sales executives to meet sales goals.
• Manage the negotiation and closing process of real estate deals with clients.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with channel partners and coordinate with internal departments.
• Monitor sales team metrics to ensure objectives are attained.
• Provide support to team members during property site visits and client discussions.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and update daily performance data.
• Oversee thorough and efficient handling of documentation for all transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, team leadership, or closing management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to motivate and oversee a sales team effectively.
• Confident and target-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with the Navi Mumbai real estate sector is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary range from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
• Additional performance-based incentive of INR 5,000 per month.
