Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Anradus Pte Ltd is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position located centrally in Singapore. This role primarily serves in the construction industry with a focus on interior fitout or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, quotations, tender documents, and project budgets.
• Source necessary materials and solicit quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate prices and keep track of project expenditures against allocated budgets.
• Process variation orders, cost reports, and finalize accounts related to projects.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Follow up on quotations to assist in sales conversion.
• Manage client inquiries and support post-sale services.
• Maintain reports on quotations and sales performances.
• Execute additional quantity surveying tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Have a minimum of two years' relevant experience, particularly in interior fitout or construction sectors.
• Be knowledgeable in costing, tendering processes, procurement, and contract administration.
• Exhibit strong negotiation, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with quantity surveying, estimating, or project costing software is a plus.

Working Conditions and Compensation

• Work scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Remuneration includes a basic salary up to SGD 4000 plus a performance-based bonus.
• Employment is offered as a permanent role.
