Quality Assurance Officer

Overview

Join DSV Solutions as a Quality Assurance Officer located in Kemps Creek, New South Wales, where you will play a critical role in managing shipment processes from customer and supplier coordination to documentation, transport arrangements, and invoicing. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, contributing to smooth operational workflows and customer satisfaction within a global logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Cloud Services Centre of Excellence to execute tasks precisely according to SOPs, managerial guidelines, and customer expectations.
• Establish and sustain effective relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and international service providers.
• Organize and oversee complete transport and shipment processes utilizing CW1 and other systems, aligning activities with KPIs and delivery timelines.
• Interpret operational directives accurately and proactively resolve documentation, cost, loading, and operational challenges.
• Handle communication professionally with various stakeholders, including airlines and transport providers, to address concerns and secure necessary data.
• Assist Team Leads in daily operations, support process enhancements, and take on additional assignments or projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in logistics, delivery operations, and warehouse coordination, ideally with high-tech or sensitive product handling.
• Sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards with compliance expertise.
• A minimum of two years of logistical industry experience is required.
• High attention to detail paired with a dedication to upholding safety standards.
• General awareness of workplace health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Preferably available to commence work immediately.
