Role overview

This role is for a Quality Assurance Lead at a rubber component manufacturing company based in SIDCO Industrial Estate, Hosur. The business, established in 1992, produces rubber seals, oil seals, gaskets, and mounts for industrial and automotive use.

Responsibilities

Maintain adherence to quality management system requirements and standards.
Carry out scheduled audits and on-site inspections.
Support and push ongoing improvement efforts across quality processes.
Take charge of implementing the quality management system.
Oversee and evaluate supplier performance.
