About Murj
Murj was established in 2014 to address challenges observed firsthand in cardiology practices. Its founder, Todd, who previously worked in implantable cardiac device sales and product management at Apple, recognized the need for better tools to manage complex cardiac devices. Murj delivers enterprise SaaS solutions designed to transform patient care through innovative, user-friendly technology that supports cardiac professionals and improves patient outcomes.
The company thrives in a dynamic, supportive culture that values innovation, professionalism, humility, and camaraderie. Employees are cherished as part of a close-knit family and encouraged to grow, create, and take full ownership in their roles. Murj provides comprehensive benefits including full medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, an open vacation policy, over 10 annual company holidays, competitive pay combined with equity opportunities, and eligibility for a 401(k) plan after three months of service.
Work Environment and Culture
Murj expects its employees to excel in a fast-evolving environment, embracing accountability beyond their direct responsibilities to collectively push success.
