The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Program Manager to instill structure, rigor, and effective execution within Jetson’s Supply Chain & Warehousing Programs. This role is central to translating strategic plans into day-to-day action, working alongside the foundational team. Ideal candidates thrive in operational roles, ensuring meticulous execution, coordinating between functions, and enforcing discipline in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion by defining objectives, aligning stakeholders, managing meetings, timetables, and ensuring team accountability without direct reporting authority.
• Manage Supply Chain’s role in New Product Introduction (NPI) in collaboration with product management, overseeing processes from engineering handoff through supply chain readiness to field deployment, coordinating procurement, warehousing, and field teams.
• Develop and maintain the Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) program, monitoring open issues spanning departments, ensuring accountability for resolution, and communicating trends and systemic risks to leadership.
• Coordinate OKR processes for the Supply Chain & Warehousing division, facilitating quarterly goal setting, monitoring progress, and linking team objectives to corporate priorities.
• Facilitate regular structured meetings across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and field teams to maintain operational sync.
• Create executive-level dashboards aggregating status updates from multiple project leads.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management within supply chain, operational settings, or hardware/product industries.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment and accountability without hierarchical authority.
• Experience with NPI processes involving physical goods, including managing vendors and contractors in a program framework.
• Understanding of RCCA or continuous improvement methodologies (certification like Six Sigma is advantageous but not mandatory).
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proceeding despite incomplete information.
• Proficiency with modern program management tools, including AI applications for enhanced efficiency.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus; practical achievements are valued above formal credentials.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: 105000 to 130000 CAD annually

Location: Onsite in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
