Program Manager

Job Overview

This position involves managing and overseeing training programs within a cloud learning environment. The main objective is to assure smooth delivery, compliance with training policies, and seamless communication between multiple parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and progress of ongoing programs weekly while preparing updates for stakeholders.
• Write and share detailed program status reports on a weekly basis.
• Analyze program data quarterly to inform future improvements and planning.
• Conduct bi-annual reviews to ensure strict adherence to governance and compliance guidelines.
• Represent the cloud learning team in customer meetings and act as their point of contact.
• Manage special project requests that fall outside routine programming.
• Coordinate weekly with various stakeholders involved in learning services for alignment and information sharing.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational delivery issues during weekly assessments.
• Confirm and finalize training schedules quarterly with all key participants.
• Enforce cloud learning service policies consistently across programs.
• Oversee weekly allocation and distribution of certification vouchers.
• Collaborate every two weeks with marketing teams to integrate promotional efforts.
• Assist in developing monthly marketing strategies to enhance program visibility.
• Handle registration mechanisms on platforms used by customers for enrolling in courses.
• Track weekly consumption and engagement analytics related to learning modules.
• Gather and incorporate monthly feedback to continuously refine learning offerings.
• Monitor quarterly registration figures and key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
• Review overall program progress quarterly alongside advisory committees.
• Prepare comprehensive final evaluation reports twice a year detailing training outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multiple programs effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Knowledgeable about governance and compliance frameworks in training environments.
• Experienced in coordinating training logistics and program operations.
• Skilled in using project management and coordination software tools.
