Production Operator

Job Overview

We are hiring a Production Operator to join our team at the Hoskote location near Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in the automobile or manufacturing sector. A mandatory qualification is an ITI certification.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on the production floor efficiently.
• Operate and oversee production and assembly line processes.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Ensure that production goals are consistently met within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
• Contribute actively to team initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and continual process enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• ITI diploma holder, which is a mandatory criterion.
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in automobile or similar manufacturing industries.
• Willing and able to perform shift work and be physically present on the shop floor.
• Good communication abilities and a cooperative team spirit are essential.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges between 18,000 and 20,000 INR.
