About Midea Shaker Company

Midea Shaker Company (MISAC) is a joint venture between Midea Residential Air Conditioners and Midea Building Technologies in partnership with Hussein & Al-Hassan G. Shaker Bros. for Modern Trading Co. LTD. The company aims to establish local manufacturing and sales for HVAC systems, addressing the rapidly developing infrastructure and engineering demands in Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030. MISAC focuses on energy-efficient, low-carbon HVAC solutions serving residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and large public facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out manual assembly tasks and operate production line machinery to build air conditioning units.
• Strictly comply with factory safety regulations and follow production standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform visual quality inspections on products to ensure they meet set standards.
• Regularly clean and organize the work area to maintain a safe and tidy environment.

Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or technical diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Demonstrate reliability, dedication, and capability to undertake physically demanding tasks.
• Must be based in Riyadh.
