- Conduct structured A/B testing and experiments to prioritize development based on results.
- Work hands-on with data analysis by defining metrics, designing dashboards, and interpreting signals firsthand.

- Contribute to broader product coherence and elevate the overall product craftsmanship within the company.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years managing complex B2B software products end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.
- Proven ability in product discovery, roadmapping, and prioritization focused on results in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in creating rapid prototypes using AI or LLM-assisted development tools as an immediate validation method.
- Strong outcome orientation, able to analyze both successes and failures clearly.
- High analytical capability to define, measure, and interpret metrics independently.
- Technical understanding sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams regarding architecture decisions.
- Exhibited sound judgment in ambiguous situations with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Clear communication of trade-offs and decisions, including rationale for rejecting options.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, API-based products, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms is a plus.
