About the Role

Join a globally integrated team advancing finance technology at scale. As a Product Manager specializing in Finance Modules, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering essential finance system functions that enhance automation, control, and operational excellence across various markets. This role involves collaborating with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to improve mid- and back-office finance processes, owning the complete product lifecycle, aligning strategies, and driving impactful outcomes to elevate global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global roadmap for finance system modules within the finance systems domain.
  • Establish standardized finance module functionalities while accommodating local regulatory and operational mandates.
  • Prioritize system enhancements focusing on automation benefits, risk mitigation, and increased finance productivity.
  • Coordinate finance module strategies with broader finance systems and corporate technology plans.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product effectiveness through data-driven insights.
  • Design and implement system-based finance processes including reconciliation, managing exceptions, and intercompany transactions.
  • Collaborate with Transactional Finance units to convert process requirements into automated workflows.
  • Enforce solid financial controls such as audit trails, traceability, and segregation of duties.
  • Oversee product delivery phases from initial discovery, through release, adoption, and continuous optimization.
  • Translate business and finance needs into detailed epics, user stories, and product specifications.
  • Work closely with technical SMEs, software developers, and vendors to build scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Ensure integration compatibility with invoicing, payments, and reporting systems.
  • Promote exception-based operations to minimize manual interventions.
  • Identify trends and lead initiatives for ongoing process improvements.
  • Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams by providing product knowledge and prioritizing defect resolutions.
  • Maintain compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements globally.
  • Serve as the main product liaison for finance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other product managers to deliver consistent end-to-end finance processes.
  • Contribute to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible work culture where all employees feel respected and supported.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven background in product management focusing on finance systems, ERP modules, or back-office platforms.
  • Preferably experienced in corporate travel management companies (TMC), travel technologies, or complex multi-entity environments.
  • Practical knowledge of finance process automation and control frameworks.
  • Experience using ERP platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies for product delivery.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across Finance, Technology, and Operations divisions.
  • A degree in technology, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
