This critical role involves overseeing a mature product with significant investments in AI, business intelligence, and innovative customer experiences. The candidate will manage product areas end-to-end while collaborating with Australia-based engineering teams and expanding our U.S. Product organization. The role emphasizes utilizing AI tools and advanced workflows to enhance product management tasks such as research, planning, communication, analysis, and delivery. Success is measured by effective stakeholder alignment, team preparation, impactful launches, and continuous product improvement based on data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog, balancing customer requirements, business objectives, and resource capacity with structured prioritization.
  • Shape product direction by identifying customer challenges, evaluating market opportunities, and setting priorities within your product domain.
  • Convert strategic goals into actionable plans detailing priorities, project scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Handle all stages of the product lifecycle including idea intake, concept development, launch preparation, adoption tracking, and iterative enhancements.
  • Lead ongoing customer research by conducting interviews, synthesizing feedback, and transforming insights into actionable team directives.
  • Perform comprehensive market and technology research—including AI trends—to guide decisions and optimize product results.
  • Create precise epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support confident engineering execution.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, technical discussions, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success—to build consensus, collect feedback, and manage dependencies and risks proactively.
  • Leverage analytics to track product adoption, usage, conversion, and retention; apply insights to inform prioritization and continue product iteration.
  • Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into product management processes to accelerate research, analysis, planning, and communication, identifying pragmatic use cases to enhance product area outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of proven Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally for successful business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data for informed product decisions.
  • Solid experience in backlog management, requirements authoring, product launch support, and close partnership with engineering and design within agile delivery frameworks.
  • Expertise in customer discovery processes, including feedback synthesis and translating findings into clear priorities and detailed work for delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at building alignment, clarifying trade-offs, and maintaining momentum across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency applying AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to enhance the effectiveness, speed, and impact of product management activities.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with products emphasizing growth, customer acquisition, conversion, or revenue optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development practices, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with overarching product and company strategies.
  • Background in managing cross-vertical or multi-product portfolios.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to engage with customers, prospects, and partners as necessary.
