About Beyond
Beyond provides a revenue management platform for short-term rentals that helps property managers and owners improve pricing performance. The company serves thousands of customers worldwide and combines a profitable, fast-growing business with modern technology, including AI, to help users increase revenue with less effort. Its team of 180+ people works across the globe with a focus on curiosity, craft, and care.
Role Overview
Beyond is hiring a Product Manager to join its growing team and lead the Engagement Team. This individual contributor role is centered on increasing product value for customers so the company can improve adoption, retention, and time-to-value. You will work closely with a fully staffed engineering team, product design, and data analytics, and you will be expected to operate during Eastern Time Zone hours.
This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys taking a product that already has traction and making it substantially better for a wider audience by identifying the highest-impact opportunities and executing on them with clarity and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Revenue Management team to shape how dynamic pricing works for customers by turning pricing strategy into new inputs and algorithm factors.
- Own product work that improves how the pricing model is explained, including the recommendations, narratives, and explanations that help customers trust pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering to define scope, write precise requirements, and ship strong iterations within the operating team.
- Lead the roadmap for the AI assistant and MCP product, using GenAI to make the algorithm and the underlying data easier for customers to understand and act on.
- Create the raw content behind these experiences, such as guidance, explanations, and suggested actions, while partner teams handle the UI, UX, and trust framing.
- Own the recommendations engine that flags settings customers should adjust and work to improve its quality, coverage, and business impact.
- Set and monitor success metrics related to adoption, retention, and time-to-value, and communicate progress clearly in a distributed work environment.
- Convert complex pricing and data topics into straightforward product direction, priorities, and stories.
- Partner across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-facing teams to align work, clarify requirements, and deliver polished iterations.
What Success Looks Like
- You focus on customer outcomes and measure results carefully, including what changed and what was learned.
- You enjoy working with modern technology and experimentation.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and move well in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
- You work well with others, communicate openly, and contribute positively to a team setting.
- You stay curious, keep learning, and look for ways to improve your work and the team around you.
- You are excited to apply GenAI to practical product problems and have a thoughtful view of where it adds value.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of product management experience, preferably on technical, data-heavy, or model-driven products.
- Background in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Experience with dynamic pricing, ideally in short-term rentals, hotels, airlines, or the broader travel and hospitality space.
- Proven experience working with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products.
- An AI-first mindset, with interest in applying GenAI even if you have not built deeply in that area before.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret product and pricing data, spot patterns, and connect work to business results.
- Clear, direct communication skills, especially when simplifying technical ideas for remote collaboration.
- Strong cross-functional execution skills with the ability to align stakeholders and keep projects moving.
Bonus Experience
- Experience connecting with travel distribution platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com.
- Familiarity with AI assistant, agent, or MCP-based products.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
