Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Analyst to join our Abu Dhabi office on a full-time basis. This role encompasses the evaluation and handling of procurement information, managing purchase orders, and supporting the acquisition of goods and services following organizational policies. Key tasks include assessing supplier proposals, aiding contract negotiations, and monitoring supplier performance to guarantee cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive procurement records and generate expenditure and savings reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
• Engage with suppliers to address and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Support the development and refinement of procurement procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong procurement expertise, including familiarity with purchasing processes and supplier relations.
• Experience managing purchase orders and accurate procurement documentation.
• Analytical abilities to interpret data, spot trends, and aid informed decisions.
• Contract negotiation skills for managing supplier agreements and securing favorable terms.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a comparable discipline.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are assets.
• Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or related analysis roles within the UAE market is considered beneficial.
