Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and create employee records through the HR information system.
• Organize employee files on network drives and manage electronic filing of related documents.
• Draft employment documents including offer letters, contracts, and forms while verifying certificates.
• Distribute Global Mandatory Policy Documents and ensure continuous progress tracking.
• Prepare documentation associated with employee status changes and update records in HRIS accordingly.
• Manage timesheets for employees on short-term disability and communicate negative leave balances to supervisors.
• Handle documentation for employee departures and update workforce status in HRIS systems.
• Address inquiries raised by HR colleagues efficiently and accurately.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Business or Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Oracle, case management systems, and exposure to shared service center environments.
• Demonstrated initiative and drive to improve processes and meet service level goals.
• Experience in accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Ability to prepare documents based on templates ensuring precision.
• Previous work experience in the Oil & Gas sector would be an added advantage.

Additional Information

This opportunity is an off-campus drive open for fresher and experienced candidates from recent graduation batches up to 2023, including graduates from B.Com, M.Com, B.E/B.Tech, BBA, MBA or equivalent fields. The employment is full-time with a hybrid working model in Gurugram. The salary offered will comply with the company's standard compensation package.
