This role focuses on personnel services in the Iserlohn region, specializing in professionals within the blue collar sector. It offers a dynamic opportunity blending sales, recruitment, and personnel scheduling, working closely with customers and candidates alike.

Key Duties

• Conduct new customer acquisition activities.
• Recruit and select appropriate candidates for assignments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing regional customers.
• Coordinate the deployment of employees based on client requirements.
• Plan and organize personnel assignments efficiently.
• Manage contracts related to placements and agreements.
• Collaborate closely with both client contacts and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in the personnel services industry.
• Familiarity with skilled blue collar labor markets.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
• Excellent organizational abilities with an independent work approach.
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license category B.
