Role Overview

PIB Group is inviting applications for a Personal Lines Renewals Administrator position within its Dublin office. This role involves offering administrative assistance to the Personal Lines Renewals team focusing on car, home, and van insurance policies. Candidates will also be expected to assist with cross-selling referrals related to Life & Pensions and Health divisions.

Key Duties

• Providing back-office administrative support to the Renewals Team for personal lines insurance including car, home, and van policies.
• Handling customer inquiries professionally and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
• Maintaining accurate and high-quality data entry standards.
• Ensuring compliance of all documentation in accordance with CPC guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of CIP, APA Personal General, or grandfathered qualifications is advantageous though trainees are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with RELAY insurance system is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and influencing abilities.
• Skills in customer retention.

Experience

• Preferably 2 or more years of insurance brokerage experience.
• Dedication to high-quality customer service for clients and prospects alike.
