Job Overview
We are recruiting a Performance Tester with 5 to 10 years of experience specializing in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace. This role is based in Gurgaon/Noida and requires candidates holding degrees like BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, ME, BSc, MSc, or MS in relevant specializations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the consulting team throughout all project stages including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
- Conduct research involving literature reviews, public data analysis, and vendor evaluations to explore alternatives and develop proof of concepts.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs and define future state processes.
- Configure solution requirements on assigned products, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and evaluate potential alternative solutions.
- Contribute to unit-level and organization-wide initiatives aiming to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions for clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mandatory expertise in performance testing methodologies and tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to diagnose and resolve performance issues effectively.
- Ability to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements and functional designs.
- Experience in creating proof of concepts and conducting vendor evaluations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work efficiently with consulting teams and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer applications, or science disciplines such as B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Tech, ME, BSc, MSc, or MS in any specialization.
