Overview

This position involves delivering and servicing PepsiCo's well-known beverage brands across Canada. The ideal candidate is motivated, hardworking, and views challenges as opportunities. Compensation and Schedule

  • Starting pay ranges from $36.08 to $44.65 per hour depending on refrigeration certification.
  • Working hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM daily, including weekends and other hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of various beverage vending equipment including fountains, coolers, vendors, FCBs, and ice makers both onsite and in-shop.
  • Assist with the delivery of vending equipment to trade customers.
  • Prepare marketing equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all service and maintenance operations comply with customer requirements under "Customer Connect" and "PEPSI PRO" standards.
  • Work across multiple service areas on Vancouver Island, occasionally requiring overnight stays based on customer demands.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Proven experience delivering superior customer service.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must pass electrical and mechanical aptitude tests during the interview process.
  • Physical fitness sufficient to perform job duties.
  • Small appliance/HVAC certification considered advantageous.
  • Willingness to participate and progress in the company’s apprenticeship program.
  • Availability for overnight stays and to cover all service territories on Vancouver Island.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license and comfort driving a PepsiCo service vehicle.
