About the opportunity
This temporary, six-week role is based in Penrose and may be extended. It offers the chance to support Talent and HR teams with essential administrative work that keeps recruitment and onboarding running smoothly.
What you will do
- Assist with administration across recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle a large volume of contract changes, fixed shift adjustments, and secondment arrangements.
- Carry out right-to-work verification and help maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
- Manage and respond to queries received through the recruitment inbox.

- Confidence with digital tools and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and the capacity to work through high-volume admin tasks efficiently.
