Job Overview
The Electronics Systems Technician role involves maintaining and ensuring the operational readiness of electronic defense hardware. This includes diagnosing technical issues, conducting equipment tests, and strictly following engineering and safety protocols. The position is located onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot faults in electronic systems.
- Utilize Depot Test Equipment (DTE) to verify system functionality.
- Strictly apply safety standards and operating procedures.
- Offer technical guidance and support as required.
- Conduct analysis and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and power supplies.
- Interpret engineering documentation and electronic circuitry diagrams effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma in Electronics from an accredited institution, whether local or foreign.
- Saudi national residency is mandatory.
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and final quality checks of defense systems.
- Preferred hands-on skills include soldering, splicing, and wiring tasks.
- Competence in reading and comprehending engineering documentation and circuit schematics.
- Basic understanding of maintenance workshop protocols.
