Role overview

Journify is hiring a relationship-focused Partner Success Lead to support school and district partners across the entire customer lifecycle. The role covers everything from pilot onboarding to implementation, ongoing engagement, and renewal. You will act as a trusted advisor, help educators get the most from the platform, advocate for partner needs internally, and make sure customers realize lasting value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with school and district clients through every stage of the journey, starting with pilot programs and continuing through full rollout.

  • Track account health and engagement levels, spot early warning signs, and take action to keep districts seeing value from the platform.
  • Act as the main subject matter resource for the product, guiding users through issues and helping them achieve better outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to shape messaging, suggest product enhancements, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and update support materials and communication that educate, guide, and engage the educator community.

Requirements

  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience in SaaS customer success or implementation.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a teacher, school administrator, or instructional coach.
  • Strong understanding of the needs, schedules, and pain points of K-12 special education professionals.
  • Genuine commitment to improving education, particularly for students receiving special education support.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology and data analysis, plus the ability to learn new tools quickly.
