Overnight Associate

Overview

The Overnight Associate plays an essential role in enhancing customer service by managing tasks associated with receiving merchandise and ensuring its smooth transition to the sales floor. This position entails unloading trailers, relocating pallets, and supporting merchandise processing within a secure and well-maintained setting. Working collaboratively with team members, the Associate adapts plans and actions to meet operational demands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales area for the store's opening each day.
• Arrange, merchandise, and label featured products.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise shipments.
• Focus heavily on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas.
• Transport pallets between the sales floor and storage for overnight processing.
• Help restock the sales floor as directed and offer customer assistance when needed.
• Label sales floor items to facilitate store opening readiness.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75 CAD.

Minimum requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
