Job Overview

The Oracle HCM Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in the architecture, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions across various business sectors within the Group. This position serves as the technical liaison between functional HR teams and development, ensuring robust support for Core HR activities, Recruiting, Payroll interfaces, Time and Labor systems, and associated modules while upholding stringent data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance based on Group and Saudi Arabian mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, enhance, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical components such as data extracts, system integrations, fast formulas, and bespoke reports.
  • Design and update Oracle HCM Data Loader templates to facilitate efficient large-scale data imports including onboarding, transfers, and bulk updates.
  • Develop and support OTBI and BI Publisher reports tailored for stakeholders in Recruitment, Core HR, Payroll, and workforce analytics.
  • Configure and debug integration points between Oracle HCM and external systems including payroll providers, attendance tracking, biometric devices, and regulatory interfaces like Qiwa and GOSI.
  • Assist in the technical setup and maintenance of Oracle Recruiting Cloud workflows, approval chains, and configurations with recruitment teams.
  • Administer user role definitions, data access permissions, and role-based security measures in accordance with Group governance standards and segregation of duties policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive impact analyses and testing on Oracle's quarterly software patches to ensure stability of existing setups.
  • Identify system issues, coordinate with Oracle Support and IT teams, and monitor problem resolution using Service Request processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Finance teams to interpret business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
  • Maintain thorough technical documentation including configuration guides, change logs, and audit supporting materials.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles by preparing test scenarios, facilitating test execution, and managing defect resolutions.
  • Perform routine data audits to guarantee accuracy and consistency across HCM modules, employing validation checks and aligning with primary data sources.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 4 and 6 years of demonstrable experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical and functional roles within large or multi-industry enterprises.
  • Proficiency with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula scripting, as well as expertise in REST/SOAP web services integrations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting modules such as Core HR, Payroll interfaces, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Time and Labor is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi labor market context and regulatory systems including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Saudization (Nitaqat) is a strong plus.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications, such as those covering Core HR, Payroll, or Talent Management Implementation, are preferred.
