  • Collaborate closely with Store Opening teams to guarantee smooth transitions from launch through stabilization and foster long-term operational growth.
  • Implement operational directives and initiatives in line with guidance from Regional Operations Leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Participate in planning and alignment discussions within the business unit to ensure consistent execution across markets.
  • Support operational activities during food shows, training events, and other field initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide assistance with pre-opening and opening activities as directed by leadership.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Operators and store staff through ongoing communication, coaching, support, and follow-up.
  • Uphold professionalism, integrity, accountability, and dedication to company values and brand standards in all interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess or obtain a current ServSafe Food Manager Certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant, convenience store, retail, or foodservice operations; experience supporting multi-unit, franchise, or licensed operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive operational knowledge including food safety, sanitation, merchandising, labor management, guest service, point-of-sale systems, and back-office operations.
