Role overview
The Operations Supervisor will support chapter operations on a part-time hybrid basis in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility to work from home. The position is responsible for keeping routine activities running smoothly, supporting member services, and helping the chapter deliver events and training programs effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the chapter’s day-to-day operational activity and help ensure service delivery remains efficient.
- Organize event schedules and assist with planning and execution of training sessions.
- Keep records, files, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Monitor workflows and make sure internal procedures and standards are followed.
- Supervise staff or volunteers assigned to operational work and help guide their tasks.
- Track performance measures and prepare regular updates and reports for chapter leadership.
- Support communication between members, partners, and vendors to maintain smooth coordination.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring hands-on supervisory ability, operations or operations management experience, and the capacity to analyze information and communicate professionally. Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort using common office and digital collaboration tools are also expected.
Additional experience preferred
Background in association management, real estate, or property management will be an advantage. The role also suits someone who can work independently in a hybrid setup and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
