Role Overview

The Area Manager position based in Jeddah is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the operations of several cafe branches. The Area Manager ensures each outlet runs efficiently, adheres to quality benchmarks, and consistently provides exceptional experiences to guests. Daily tasks involve supervising store managers, tracking sales and performance metrics, managing budgets, and instituting operational protocols. Additional duties include mentoring and developing staff, coordinating recruitment and staffing levels, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership to implement brand strategies, optimize processes, and support the launch of new cafes as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple units within hospitality, food service, or retail environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities with competence in team coaching, performance evaluation, and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Skilled in operational planning, staffing schedules, inventory oversight, and controlling costs.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, key performance indicators, and customer feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities suitable for interacting with diverse teams and clientele.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale technology and basic office applications for reporting and administrative duties.
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations pertinent to cafe or restaurant settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience within Jeddah or the broader region, including knowledge of local market dynamics, is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends according to operational demands.
