The position of Senior Officer or Assistant Director - Placements focuses on advancing quality core placements in disciplines including Civil Engineering, Bio Sciences, Agriculture, Chemical, Physical Education, Journalism, and Law. Key Responsibilities

• Create and nurture strategic partnerships with industry entities relevant to the disciplines mentioned.
• Lead comprehensive placement activities such as onboarding employers, job mapping, conducting campus recruitment drives, and finalizing offers.
• Drive placement opportunities via corporate sales outreach, account management, and networking within industry circles.
• Meet placement goals concerning number of hires, quality, compensation packages, and alignment to core roles.
• Manage placement information systems, maintain employer databases, and provide data analytics for reporting and forecasting.

• Postgraduate degree holder with 2 to 8 years of experience in placements, corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
• Demonstrated track record of success in industry recruitment, B2B sales, or talent acquisition partnerships.
