Role Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth overnight hotel operations
• Provide assistance at reception for late arrivals, early departures, and guest requests during night shifts
• Prepare and refresh meeting and event areas
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas to ensure they meet standards for guests and staff the next day
