Key Responsibilities

• Perform front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes during night shifts
• Provide personal and telephonic service to an international guest clientele
• Manage and archive accounts receivable (debtors)
• Operate cash register accurately
• Independently lead the night shift operations

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in front office roles
• Proficiency in German and English languages
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills coupled with motivation
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
