Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, set up, and maintain enterprise-level Huawei hardware, including CloudEngine switches and AirEngine wireless devices.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, and wireless network configurations across multiple sites to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity between various physical locations.
• Monitor network performance metrics such as bandwidth usage, implement Quality of Service (QoS), and resolve issues related to complex routing protocols.
• Manage and resolve network-related incidents within the OpenText SMAX system, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications & Expertise

• Possess over five years' experience handling multifaceted, multi-site networks with a focus on Huawei technologies.
• Proficient in Huawei VRP operating system, routing protocols including BGP and OSPF, VLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting methodologies.

Certifications

• Must hold Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA) or Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) accreditation in Enterprise Routing & Switching.
