Role Purpose
The primary goal of the Mould Stacker is to ensure mould tooling is readily available and maintained to support the production schedule effectively, maintaining tooling quality to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stacking, assembly, and upkeep of injection mould tooling for production lines.
- Conduct visual inspections to check key quality indicators of mould tooling.
- Qualify mould tooling and perform first article component qualification as per procedural standards.
- Accurately maintain IMAS records related to mould builds and maintenance.
- Follow the Insert Management System protocols.
- Perform preventative maintenance on injection moulding machines aligned with OPUS requirements.
- Support technician training activities for injection moulding machine preventive maintenance roles.
Candidate Requirements
- Essential: Familiarity with injection molding equipment and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, systematic working style.
- Desirable: Technical or trade qualifications.
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- Proven record of upholding quality standards.
- Flexible and committed work ethic.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range is €38,295 to €48,780 annually. Benefits include an annual bonus dependent on individual and company performance, vacation days, at least 12 weeks of parental leave, bereavement and caregiver leave, volunteer time, well-being reimbursements, and programs supporting financial, physical, and mental health.
