MIS Specialist

Job Overview

The role involves crafting daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to assist leadership in strategic decisions. This position requires building and updating insightful dashboards and detailed reports for the CEO and senior management, ensuring relevant business data is analyzed effectively to derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and deliver timely MIS reports across various time frames for management review.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive dashboards tailored for top executives.
• Perform extensive analysis of business data to support informed decision-making.
• Liaise with multiple departments including Insurance Risk, Licensing, Hiring/Dehiring, and Warehouse to gather, consolidate, and verify data.
• Maintain and update records related to insurance policies, licenses, office agreements, and insurance claims.
• Conduct thorough data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Create and manage Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and other dynamic reporting tools within Excel.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as required to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Effective coordination skills to work across departments.
