Merchant Executive - Field Sales Officer (Food Outlet Onboarding)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Officer to join our Business Development team and onboard a variety of food outlets including restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, QSRs, kiosks, and similar merchants onto the Eatskart platform. This position is full-time and requires regular field visits across Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Lucknow, and Kanpur.

Key Duties

• Identify and secure new merchant partnerships across target locations.
• Perform daily visits to potential clients for lead generation and onboarding procedures.
• Communicate the advantages, platform features, and commercial terms of Eatskart to interested merchants.
• Negotiate partnership terms and successfully close deals.
• Collect necessary KYC and onboarding documentation from merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless merchant activation.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with merchant owners.
• Meet or surpass monthly onboarding and sales objectives.
• Keep comprehensive records of daily visits and update CRM promptly.
• Analyze market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in field sales or B2B sales.
• Preferred experience in merchant acquisition, food delivery, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of local city and business regions is essential.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Familiarity with the local language is advantageous.

Compensation and Location

Monthly salary ranges between INR 18,000 and 25,000, with additional incentives based on performance. The role requires on-site field activities primarily in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and other specified cities.
