Role Overview

As a Member Experience Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring that every interaction aligns with LifeLab's high standards by providing a warm, seamless, and memorable service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality.
• Provide personalized service that goes beyond member expectations.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, inquiries, and front desk operations daily.
• Address member requests promptly while upholding excellent service standards.
• Keep the reception area clean, orderly, and reflecting a premium environment.
• Develop positive relationships with members and anticipate their needs.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth member experience.
• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service-oriented roles such as hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, or healthcare.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exemplifies excellent interpersonal skills and a positive disposition.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Able to multitask effectively and maintain composure in dynamic settings.
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end customer service is considered a significant advantage.
