About the Role
Santi Arts manages a portfolio of over 400 static hoardings installed at HPCL fuel stations throughout Andhra Pradesh. These high-exposure advertising sites are optimal for brands, retailers, and local enterprises seeking to enhance their visibility. The company is focused on expanding its clientele across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Chennai and seeks a seasoned outdoor media sales expert to lead this initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and oversee the complete sales process for static hoarding advertising spaces across 400+ HPCL sites in Andhra Pradesh.
- Monitor hoarding occupancy and availability, working closely with operations for site allocation.
- Represent Santi Arts in client meetings and maintain a strong presence.
- Regularly report on sales pipeline, targets accomplished, and market insights to management.
- Manage marketing activities across regions including Ichapuram, Vizag, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, East and West Godavari, Kurnool, Krishna, and Ananthapuram.
- Provide daily reports to the Managing Director.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹2.5 million.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in outdoor/out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales within the same industry.
- Possession of an active client network spanning Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Chennai.
- Documented history of fulfilling or surpassing sales goals in media or advertising sectors.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and managing client relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the specified four-state region.
- Must own a vehicle for travel purposes.
- Sound knowledge of regional hoarding market rates and inventory standards.
- Residency strictly based in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹50,000 plus performance-based incentives.
