Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers feel confident in the availability of fresh bakery products.
- Maintain fresh, high-quality, and visually appealing food displays throughout the day to encourage sales.
- Prepare a variety of bakery items such as bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruit-filled products according to company standards, using equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers.
- Provide outstanding, friendly service that removes barriers and creates memorable experiences, showcasing traditional baking skills and fresh products.
