Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Executive to enhance our operations team based in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the daily transportation activities involving vehicle pick-ups and movements from customers to our scrapping yard.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee daily vehicle pickup schedules ensuring smooth coordination.
Manage the entire process of vehicle movement, including liaising with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution.
Monitor real-time vehicle tracking and provide operational updates.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate logistics documentation.
Identify and resolve operational challenges while delivering quality service.
Generate daily MIS reports and maintain logistics dashboards.
Track turnaround times to boost operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, and statutory regulations.
Assist the Operations Manager in meeting daily and monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

A graduate degree in any field is required.
Between 1 to 3 years experience in logistics, fleet operations, transportation, automobile operations, or supply chain management.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Possession of a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license is mandatory.
Confirmed hands-on driving experience, comfortable with both manual and automatic vehicles.
Willingness to travel locally for operational tasks and vehicle inspections.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced operational setting.
