Learning and Development Lead

About the Role

OneMedical Group is seeking a motivated and people-centric Learning and Development Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of a comprehensive organizational learning strategy. This permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) is based at our Leeds office (postcode LS21 1PY) with expected travel across various UK sites. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the Learning & Development function, implementing engaging and scalable learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, foster engagement, and ultimately improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify development needs.
• Create, deliver, and refine training programs that align with organizational goals.
• Drive leadership development, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and continuously enhance offerings.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven track record in designing and executing compelling training and development programs.
• Strong communication abilities and experience managing diverse stakeholders.
• Diverse experience in developing and applying HR and L&D policies and processes.
• Expertise in aligning training solutions with organizational priorities based on identified needs.
• Competency in assessing learning impact using metrics and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Flexibility to travel nationally to different sites within the UK.
• Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

Work Environment and Additional Information

• The role is full-time based at our Leeds headquarters with frequent travel that may require overnight stays.
