Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize daily activities for yard and production staff ensuring targets and schedules are met.
• Supervise the complete manufacturing process of precast concrete items including mould preparation, steel reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, vibration, curing, stripping, and finishing stages.
• Continuously monitor quality standards throughout production, and address any issues urgently.
• Act as a role model in upholding safety and productivity standards in the workplace.
• Distribute tasks efficiently and provide leadership to team members to maximize operational output.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in precast concrete production, civil construction, or manufacturing settings.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in a hands-on supervisory role.
• Comprehensive understanding of precast operations including mould setup, concrete application, steel fixing, and finishing techniques.
• Experience or willingness to operate forklifts and overhead cranes, with relevant certification preferred.
• Strong dedication to maintaining health and safety regulations at work.
