About the Role
Join a dynamic team at Ayers Rock Resort and become a Kitchen Steward based at Yulara, Northern Territory, just a short drive from the culturally significant Uluru. This unique opportunity offers the chance to work onsite in a fast-paced kitchen environment where you will play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, food storage areas, ventilation filters, and hoods.
- Maintain all kitchen areas in a clean and sanitized state consistently.
- Ensure all stewarding equipment remains in good working order.
- Oversee the cleanliness and order of the loading dock, manage bin rotation and cleaning schedules.
