Primary Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, as well as sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and floors following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with simple food preparation, including chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients, and assembling dishes as instructed by chefs.
• Support stock management by organizing ingredients, unpacking deliveries, and storing items correctly.

Candidate Requirements

• No prior experience necessary, though background in kitchen environments, porter roles, or catering is advantageous.
• Strong dedication to physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Effective team player with clear communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
