The Grand Hotel Malahide, a 4-star establishment managed by FBD Hotels & Resorts, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Porters to join their culinary team. This full-time role demands flexibility with working hours across days and nights and requires reliable personal transport due to shifts outside public transport availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exemplary hygiene standards across all kitchen areas conforming to hotel and health and safety policies.
• Perform cleaning tasks as per established schedules, documenting completion in daily and weekly checklists.
• Clean kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment, ensuring they are stored appropriately.
• Conduct intensive deep cleaning of kitchen spaces, equipment, and storage zones as necessary.
• Manage kitchen stock rotation and assist with deliveries.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated to maintain high quality and service standards. Prior experience in a comparable kitchen support role is advantageous.
