About the Role

Loopify is expanding its operations team at the Lekki location in Lagos State, Nigeria, and we are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused individual for the position of Kitchen Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Ensure that all menu items are consistently available to meet customer demand.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Provide support to customer service efforts to maintain high operational standards.
• Uphold company policies and procedures within the kitchen and related operations.

Candidates will undergo an assessment to identify their strengths and will be placed in the position best aligned with their skills. The opportunity exists for career progression from Customer Service Representative to Supervisor, and ultimately to Kitchen Manager.
