About Killashee Hotel

Killashee Hotel is committed to building an outstanding team by recruiting motivated individuals, providing comprehensive training, and encouraging a thriving work environment. We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis, working five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales across all outlets including guestrooms, conference rooms, and food & beverage facilities.
  • Manage all incoming phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle printing of menus for in-house use.
  • Coordinate restaurant booking systems, including afternoon tea reservations.
  • Collaborate with Conference and Events Planners to gather event details, oversee processes through completion including payment agreements, and communicate finalized information to the Conference or Duty Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures related to contracts, deposits, credit applications, and payment schedules.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with all clients.
  • Regularly liaise with Events Manager, Assistant Director of Sales, and Director of Sales & Marketing.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Possession of own transport.
  • A positive and highly motivated attitude.
  • Prior experience with administrative tasks and proficiency in Excel.
