Junior Quality and Training Specialist

About the Role

In this position, you will be an integral support to Blacklane's chauffeur partners in Saudi Arabia, helping to ensure safety, reliability, and a refined guest experience. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating training programs, maintaining quality standards, and analyzing operational data to find areas for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and support chauffeur training initiatives across Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare and update bilingual training material (English and Arabic) covering core chauffeur skills.
• Coordinate training sessions, monitor attendance, and follow up with chauffeurs and partners.
• Deliver hands-on support to chauffeurs in the field to reinforce service standards.
• Assist in conducting quality audits, spot checks, and maintain related documentation.
• Analyze performance trends and operational feedback to detect ongoing quality issues.
• Collaborate with the team by sharing valuable insights to improve training content and quality procedures.
• Help partners understand service expectations and training guidelines.
• Foster a culture rooted in teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with team leaders and cross-department partners on quality and training matters daily.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, training, quality assurance, hospitality, or related fields.
• A strong dedication to quality, professionalism, and excellent service delivery.
• Passion for operational execution and field engagements.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks.
• Comfortable interpreting data to identify trends and assist decision-making.
• Effective organizational and communication skills capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Culturally sensitive with excellent interpersonal skills for diverse team interactions.
• Capability to provide clear guidance, constructive feedback, and develop strong working relationships.
• Fluent in English and native-level proficiency in Arabic.
• Enthusiastic about learning, owning responsibilities, and growing within an active operational setting.
