Job Overview

As a Junior Medical Doctor, you will be responsible for delivering outpatient department (OPD) and emergency casualty care efficiently and effectively at our hospital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will be tasked with assessing, diagnosing, and managing common medical emergencies while adhering to established protocols and ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.

Key Duties

• Provide timely care to patients in OPD and casualty settings.
• Assess and diagnose various medical emergencies including trauma, poisoning, seizures, and fever.
• Manage emergency interventions such as intravenous fluid administration, injections, wound treatment, suturing, and minor surgical procedures.
• Monitor and treat patients admitted under observation, ensuring appropriate clinical management.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and clinical documentation to support ongoing care.
• Collaborate with consulting specialists and arrange referrals when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Uphold hospital protocols to maintain safety and quality care standards.
