Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Front-End Developer to join our entirely remote team serving the MENA region. This role is perfect for a driven developer enthusiastic about crafting modern, adaptive web interfaces and eager to enhance skills by collaborating with experienced designers, marketers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain responsive, accessible, and easy-to-use websites for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable front-end code reusable across projects.
• Develop landing pages, websites, and marketing assets consistent with campaign goals and branding standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver quality web solutions.
• Support initiatives like SEO, CRO, and performance enhancements targeting website effectiveness.
• Contribute ideas during project meetings to improve user experience and site functionalities.
• Optimize sites for fast loading, responsiveness, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Ensure smooth experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms adhering to accessibility and usability standards.
• Assist in managing and updating WordPress and other CMS-driven websites, including new page creation, template implementation, and content revisions.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure consistent operation across browsers and devices; troubleshoot and resolve interface bugs and layout issues.
• Engage in continuous learning, staying updated on emerging front-end tools and best practices, participating in code reviews, and refining coding methods.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from none up to 2 years in front-end development, possibly including internships, freelance projects, or entry-level roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or an equivalent blend of education and practical experience.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue is advantageous.
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic awareness of SEO for front-end purposes.
• Experience with Git version control and design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Skills in website performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and communication skills suited for remote teamwork.
• Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback constructively, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
