Role Responsibilities

• Gather and upload digital content meticulously.
• Distribute content packages efficiently to eRetail partners.
• Conduct live website checks to verify content presence and resolve any gaps.
• Participate actively in weekly client meetings to report on task progress.
• Maintain updated records of task statuses in trackers and presentation decks.
• Identify and report content inconsistencies to clients, offering immediate solutions.
• Proactively suggest improvements and solutions to clients.
• Provide cross-team assistance when workload permits, supporting multiple projects.
• Coordinate asset creation processes as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year of client-facing experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
• At least one year of initial exposure to digital environments.
• Positive outlook with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Confidence and assertiveness in sharing ideas.
• Interest and enthusiasm for growing within the eCommerce field.
• English language skills at B2/C1 level.
• Advanced proficiency in German (C1+ level).

Preferences:

• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Experience handling Content Management Systems (CMS).
