We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Barista to become a vital part of our coffee shop team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages such as espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
• Operate coffee-making equipment including machines, grinders, and blenders safely and efficiently.
• Adapt drinks to meet customer preferences and special dietary needs.
• Welcome guests warmly, take their orders attentively, and suggest menu options.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across workstations, including machines, counters, and customer seating.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as necessary.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to guarantee food and beverage safety.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a constructive and smooth-working environment.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure adherence to brand quality standards and create a hospitable atmosphere for guests.

Additional Information

Salary offered ranges from INR 14,000 to 15,000 per month.
